Day 28 - no sugary snacks

Managed a 12km run, yesterday, in very windy weather.
Snacking was fine, although I was very hungry after the run I did avoid the sugary snacks.
I did have some dark chocolate coated almonds after lunch.
Feeling much better. Still wondering about alternatives to chocolate for when I need to feel comfort.
