Day 28 - no sugary snacks

Managed a 12km run, yesterday, in very windy weather.

Snacking was fine, although I was very hungry after the run I did avoid the sugary snacks.

I did have some dark chocolate coated almonds after lunch.

Feeling much better. Still wondering about alternatives to chocolate for when I need to feel comfort.

    Does the dark chocolate have much added sugar?

    My husband regularly enjoys squares of chocolate from an 85% organic cacao bar. They have 6g sugar per serving which is 2/3 of a 40g bar and he eats nowhere near that much of it when he has it.

    It seems to me that it may be possible to work the dark chocolate into your nutritional intake. Trust yourself! You know whether or not the chocolate is a slippery slope or something that can be enjoyed and integrated.
