5% Winter Challenge day 6 of blogging

I hope your day was a good day and a self gratifying healthy day! If you feel your challenge day wasn't the best, we get another chance tomorrow!
Exercise, well I have learned even on a rest day my activity has been increased. Yup, love my reminder on my fitbit to get up and move every hour. I have taken the lead from other Sparkers to march in place. That is working out! My daughter suggested squats! I am going to work my way up to that one! I am switching up my exercise for March, planning at the beginning of the week what that exercise will be! Hope I shake up my metabolism. That's a benefit of the challenge. Discipline to perform. Don't give up and see the results happen.
Living the good life: This week it's blogging. It's more then just filling a page with words. It's review, reflection, learning, understanding you; the good, the bad and the ugly! Then taking all that knowledge and use it to improve your journey. Slowly at first, then it hits you, what works and what you did when it didn't. Check all that tracking or failure to track, tells a story doesn't it? The moment of truth! Ok, don't give up, shake it up, make it happen because, "You can!" This challenge offers so many " Aha" moments if you let it, embrace it!
No evening snacking ........Eat a bit later then usual. Drink a cup of decaffeinated tea in the evening. I like flavored teas. I have been drinking Lipton tumeric ginger and orange tea. Helps the arthritis. Finally, I have gone to sleep a bit earlier to fight off the munchies! Hope I remember these tips after the challenge. Sometimes I choose to ignore what I learned, what worked. In the end, thats why joining the next challenge is so helpful!
Today was a good day!
Exercise - rest day for me, but got all my steps in so good movement.
