5% Winter Challenge day 7 of blogging

Today is the last day of the 5% Winter Challenge. Tomorrow is the final weigh in.

Every week I participated the information flowed making it very easy for me to understand what I was accountable to do. I learned about so many lovely places around the world. It was a virtual journey traveling around the world and so economical! I designed my own meals and never worried I wouldnt like the food. Slept in my own bed so I didnt have jet lag or time zone issues. The guides were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Such fun, no worries!
The last eight weeks I used all the Spark healthy tools and tips. Water, tracking, reduce calories, exercising, having fun and lots of movement. Hopefully I supported others because I know there was lots of support for me.
I stayed on a healthy road these past eight weeks and did my best. I lost weight, not my challenged amount but there were plenty of NSV's. Increased my strength training. My bone density test showed no bone loss and I'm in a solid, healthy range. My clothes feel looser. I ate healthy. I slept better! I have not been sick. I am happy! I didnt quit!
The challenge for me was successful! See you at the 5% Spring Challenge!
