    We run for 8 weeks on the 5% Challenge, but we also run in between the break on our teams if we prefer. The "Break" in which many stay active, can be 4 to 6 weeks long. A GREAT time to figure out what did work, what didn't work, and find that AHHHH HAAA SPOT!! And we'll help you!
