To our Family & Friends, the People we Love & care about,
This is something we all need to think about now & in the days ahead. No body really knows
how long this virus will last. so we just have to hunker down & make the best of it. Like below, it's a good time to sit back & take a look at our lives & thank God for every thing we do have.
Try to follow the guide lines our government & Medical specialists are giving us.
Find things in your home you can do, wether it's cleaning out a closet or playing board games, or watching movies. How about calling an old friend, or new friends, or anybody in between. Call somebody you know that has nobody. Yours might be the only call they get.
Read books you've always wanted to. Do some exercise, which your health will benefit from. ( & your mood)
Also remember to take precautions if you have to go out. Especially if you have someone with a underlying illness. Take care of yourself ! ; }
Get creative. If you like crafts or have a hobby, get cracking with those ! Go for a walk or bike ride. There are so many things you can be doing. Use your imagination or creativity.
Don't forget to pray in what ever way you do.
We can do this guys & girls. WE WILL ALL GET THROUGH THIS ! One day at a time. With our friends & families, & maybe a stranger or two.
