Hope

"Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear.
If we believe that tomorrow will be better we can bear hardship today."
Thich Nhat Hanh
It may be a slog, but things WILL get better.
Remember to push yourself to be a little kinder, a little more patient, a little more understanding.
We are all under a great deal of stress due to the uncertainty of our lives right now.
Remember, the Social Distancing we've been called upon to practice is PHYSICAL distancing!
Civility, caring, moral fortitude, emotional support are all things we can do even within the confines of Social Distancing.
These days are certainly what Thomas Paine called "Times that test men's souls."
But we have strong souls. Be there for each other. Check in on each other.
We may each be in our own boat, but we are all in the same ocean.
Biggest of virtual hugs my friends!
