COVID-19 - We Need To Worry Less
Thursday, March 19, 2020
As an older woman, I have experienced the fear of many plagues, flus and more. I try not to worry. I do abide by the advice of the CDC and local physicians. I know that I am not invincible. I may get COVID-19. I am trying to stay active. I take a walk every day. Although, I miss my gym, now closed. I drink plenty of water and other healthy liquids.
I also relax with jokes, memes and the like.
In my immediate family, there are 3 birthdays. My youngest daughter and hubby are born in March. My birthday is in April. Our birthday celebrations will be quiet. No party.
I hope that you keep your sense of humor during the trying times. Remember, there is no need to worry about things. We can be proactive and trust that things will be fine.
