I made some veggie soup today since it was cold enough to make. I put a can each of peas, corn, green beans and black beans. I put 2 cans of chili beans (mild) and 2 cans of diced chilies (medium). I put a 32 ounces of vegetable broth in it. The chili beans and chilies were enough spice for the soup. It was good. I also made pumpkin spice cookies. A 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree and a box of spice cake mix together and baked at 350° for 20 minutes. They smell yummy now.
