Obviously It's a whole new experience after 23 years together. I am profoundly grateful for my faith and I have that comfort. I must have learned something from being on Spark People, I'm still in the 180-185 range with a 34" waist. Food (overeating) isn't an option or desire! Imagine me saying that!
