Revamped veggie soup

I revamped my veggie soup today for lunch. It's the same soup that I posted the other day but I added mushrooms and sauerkraut to it. The sauerkraut was leftover from a Reuben Crescent Bake that I made last night for supper. It gave it more flavor. My veggie soups are never the same except for the broth. Its whatever I have on hand.
