Sugar Cravings, Day 5

For the month of march, I've been snacking on things I shouldn't almost every day. Nothing bad, really, but definitely not 30/10 approved. It's not something I can afford to do, really, since I'm paying 500 a month for this program. I'm working on it though.
My issue isn't so much sugar cravings as it is carb cravings. A couple of tortilla chips here, a handful of popcorn there, maybe a piece of fruit leather once in awhile. And hot chocolate that isn't the kind given to me by my coach. Swiss Miss, you are an evil temptress. I need to stop. I can't afford to give this program less than 100%. Today I made a conscious effort to do better. I got up and had my protein bar, and had my shakes every two hours plus a romaine and cucumber salad with my dressing and a little salt. Between shakes I was downing some ginger tea with fresh lemon, all day long.
It worked. Overnight I lost two pounds. I just need to keep going now. Keep making that conscious effort to not eat my husband's popcorn or leftover taco mac. My weight loss depends on this.
