I've been trying new workouts to stay active, and was intrigued by a related one out to the right on YouTube. When it showed up on my recommended offerings on the TV today, I tried it and fell in love with these gentle, energizing, balancing movements.

I let myself get upset earlier this afternoon, so was interested to see this one when I thought I might repeat that intro routine: Qigong Mood Lifter also by Yoqi Yoga & Qigong 15:39
Just as pleasant, lovely and calming. I intend to begin doing them regularly. I highly recommend trying these to combat stress and anxiety!
