March Review and April Goals

My first goal for March was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I did great on this goal, exercising 29 out of 31 days. My second goal was to drink at least eight glasses of water every day. I only did this for 13 days. Most of the other days, though, I still drank six or seven glasses. My third goal for March was to get at least 500 monthly fitness minutes. I exceeded this goal and got over 1,000 monthly fitness minutes.
For April I am going to keep the same three goals. I am also going to add goals for how often I do each kind of exercising. I want to do cardio at least 5 days a week, strength training at least 3 days a week, and yoga at least 3 days a week.
