This is our assignment for the Aspire and Inspire sparkteam: April is National Humor Month. It was conceived as a means to heighten public awareness of the therapeutic value of humor. Laughter and joy - the benchmarks of humor - lead to improved well-being, boosted morale, increased communication skills, and an enriched quality of life. Humor as a tool to lift ailing spirits is an established notion supported by scientific research. The curative power of laughter and its ability to relieve debilitating stress and burnout may indeed be one of the great medical discoveries of our times. Have you used humor to relieve stress recently? What are ways you incorporate humor into your daily life? Share anything that will lighten our day and help us laugh!!

Finally, hereโs something unrelated to the pandemic that I thought was funny:
AMYBELLES
I am really looking forward to reading the humor blogs! I loved the ones you shared! The only one I had seen before was the map of the house for travel ideas! Especially love the last one! Thanks for the giggles! 285 days ago

Lol. Great blog! Iโve heard before that laughter makes the best medicine. I enjoy watching Friends because they always make me laugh no matter how many times I watch them. I also enjoy reading funny memes/jokes like the ones you have here. 285 days ago
