Life Always get's better

Saturday, April 18, 2020

This week has been successful. I spent about 4 hours a day on homework emoticon and attended several school meetings emoticon . I also started back to PT which was painful but I got to do a little strength training with a light band. emoticon I got to bring it home and I have about 3 pages of exercises to do every day. I love that because I was aching to do more than just passive movements.

I read in Women's Running that there is a book about athletes who deal with multiple injuries and come back stronger. emoticon I am going to buy it. It has not only been physically difficult but emotionally as well. I just want to get back to running and racing. emoticon I also love a heavy exercise routine and this has been very hard. I look forward to getting better.

I have been busy making art and writing poems for the seniors stuck in homes with no visitors. I also have some cards I am doing for people in hospice on quarantine. I have a lot of homes to do this stuff for so it is a handful! I have been paining rocks as well. emoticon

We are busy prepping and planting our garden which is four, 5 x 10 beds so a lot of room to grow, corn, squash, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes dill, sage, basil, mint. emoticon Plus comfrey and about 6 different medicinal plants like Arnica and Comfrey, St. Johns Whort, etc. emoticon Plus quite a few Lavender plants, my favorite! We are supposed to go plant but it looks like it may rain today so I may just clean house instead. I must have it clean around me or I get stressed. emoticon

I lost another pound so that is a plus of course. Last thing! I was going to start Wim Hof method but I got super sick with the dreaded COVID 19, at least all the symptoms but no testing of course. Now that I am better I have chosen to buy the whole 10 week course. I can't wait to start. I will keep you updated. emoticon

Take care and stay safe everyone! We are all in this together! emoticon

You'll need patience with getting back to your full heavy duty exercise schedule, but it's great that you are able to start doing more and work towards that goal! You sound like you are using your time very productively to help and cheer up others! emoticon emoticon

WOOHOO Tymber on the ZEAL you have!! Sure hope you are feeling better. It's such a shame that they do not test everyone. We were not prepared for this.

YEAH on the garden and being more physically active. I totally get the need to move around thing.
