That's days of logging on to Sparkpeople. Sweeeeet!
Yesterday I was reading a lot of blogs and posts generally throughout the internet about the binges that have been occurring as a result of being stuck at home (thank you Covid-19). I will confess I chewed through a whole lot of M&M's recently, they really are my kryptonite. My thoughts came around to, ya, lets binge away....but on exercise. How much better is that? Ya, like drop to floor, plank a bit, do some aerobics, fire up the Youtube videos. Put that stereo on and jam away. In TRX we have a saying that you have to earn advancing through certain exercises. Earn those calories you want to eat. No exercising, nope you don't get that glass of wine. Seems fair right?
