Joined BLC 43 - Hot Mochas Maniacs

Long term smart goal:
Lose weight so I can wear size 16 - 18 size clothes which mean losing around 10 inches from bust, waist & thighs, by March 30, 2021 by eating slowly to 80% full and exercising for at least 30 minutes five times a day.


Short term smart goal
Lose weight so I can wear 20 size clothes comfortably which mean losing around 5 inches or less from bust, waist & thighs, by June 30, 2020 by eating slowly to 80% full and exercising for at least 30 minutes five times a day.
