As I came here towrite these I see I wrote extremely similar ones almost exactly 1 year ago ---hummm……

Long term goal - get into a healthier BMI range

Short term goal - increase my daily movement

I will reach my goal by:

- staying in my calorie range
- eating a minimum of veggies a day
- eating planned snacks only
- weigh or measure everything
- track every bite paying attention to the amount of protein and carbohydrates

My Exercise Plan
-at least minutes of cardio exercise a day (6 days a week) for the first 3 weeks
-increase cardio exercise to minutes a day ( 6 days a week )
-ST three days a week

I need to get working-- our vacation to Ireland got cancelled last months due to this virus- plan is we go next April--now's the time to make a change
