BAM! Learned something...

So here I am, sitting here typing in food for a day as if I were to eat it when I realize...I haven't planned food well. At all. With the pandemic underway we have STOCKED cabinets like never before, it's the fresh stuff that eludes us often, but just the same, what the h-e-double hockey sticks can I eat?

MEALS:
* Oatmeal
* Fried eggs with toast and Canadian bacon
* Chili
* Noodles with sauce and possibly mushrooms or peppers or ground beef
* Enchaladas
* Mexican fried rice
* Smoothie
* Cereal

SNACKS:
* Pink grapefruit
* Cheese stick
* Granny Smith apple

That's it. That's what I've got for food. I mean, cupboards of stuff, but I'm not really "eating" good food unless my husband has made it. I'm eating large quantities of that and then the rest of the time I'm typically just shoving things in to fill myself up but it's not "real" food so I'm actually not full...

Next time we get to the store I'm getting a giant bag of frozen broccoli, maybe one of another veggie too, and I'm going to eat the damn things for lunch and dinner to add some bulk good food in there.

Seriously.

On that note, I'm going to take my sore back in for a quick shower and then off to bed. Gotta take care of myself better, and I know sleep is one of the ways. Tomorrow I'll exercise again, and over this weekend I'll try to develop a solid walking plan that makes sense...

    Definitely get some produce you like! We eat fresh, raw fruit and vegetables with every meal. The Mr.&I combined lost nearly 50lbs since we revamped our food and fitness habits in Feb, cutting processed out!🥕
