No weight loss BUT...

I have not lost any weight this week but I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist, .5 inches from my thigh and 1 inch off my upper arm! This is huge!
Last week, I didn't count calories but still ate healthy, for the most part! But last night, our movie theater (which is still closed) was selling popcorn and concessions and I decided I needed popcorn and so I proceeded to eat a large popcorn and a large Dr. Pepper. BAD IDEA! My tummy did not like that and so this morning, I feel sick! After eating clean (for the most part) for over a month, do not overindulge yourself with buttered popcorn and pop in one day! Yeck!
I hope I see some weight loss next week, I am getting back on track now!
