Stress the diet killer

Have you ever noticed what happens after a stressful situation? I don’t know about you but it seems my diet goes out the window after dealing stressful moments in life. But what helps is making sure I’m aware of what I want to do after this happens remindinding myself being stressed doesn’t make it okay to eat wrong. Something I’m trying to teach myself when I feel the stress be aware I’m going to be temped to eat stuff I shouldn’t , I haven’t purfected it yet but when I do this I don’t seem to go on binges
