Fighting the enemy of FEAR
Monday, May 25, 2020
Down through the ages, there have been forces that have come against us. Sometimes they have been easy to recognize like overweight, and some have been difficult to see such as high blood pressure and Type 2 Diabetes. Fear is also an elusive force that can destroy us.
Fear can raise my blood pressure. My attitude can be changed, and my health improved when I take the time to recognize it.
This is a time to face our fear and recognize it for what it is. I can be fearless! I can walk in faith instead of fear. This simple change can help me (and maybe you too) get through this crisis and become stronger people.
On this day when we remember those who fought for our country, let's join together as people of faith and courage, and face the enemy of fear.
