Easing into the week with a Leslie Sansone workout!

I initially wanted to do some ST but the soles of my feet hurt too much. I think I've overdone it on the plank hip dips. So I just did a 5K Leslie Sansone workout. I wish I could find her 5-mile workouts on youtube but I could only find 3-mile ones.

I saw a 5-mile workout with a free band on Amazon but it's too expensive for me. Plus I don't think it's advisable for me to use the band because I might injure my dialysis access on my left arm. So, I'll just settle for whatever I can get from youtube.

Besides, I think a 45-minute workout is about what I can manage. I'll feel like dying if it was more than 1 hour. Unless I'm taking a walk, then I can go for more than 1 hour.

Ow! The soles of my feet still hurt, near the toes.....
