Fear and stress

Two things I hate about myself is the fear I carry and the stress it causes. If unchecked it will control me as in diet and lack of sleep. That’s where my hobbies come in, when I do my hobbies I lose all knowing of the fears that haunt me thus my stress level goes down, it works for me what do y’all do to cope with your fears

    I put in ear pods and I walk. And walk. And walk. Between the music, fresh air and exercise, my mind calms and I can refocus.
