May 27th Morning Check In

I managed to stay right under the upper caloric limit yesterday, but barely. For some reason I had a hard time getting full. Some of the food was really dense in calories but not as filling as I had hoped. Eating a cup of watermelon here and there throughout the day did help though. Both Brandy and I are slowly adding healthier and healthier meals to our diets. The day went well, and in the evening we had our the first Pathfinder game with friends since months before due to lock down. The game went really well and it was nice to socialize.

This afternoon I participated in the Premium Coaching. I am starting to realize how much SP has to offer. When I used SP several years ago it was mostly to track calories, but there is so much more to it. Each day I do a little bit of exploring and find something new.

I don't really have big plans for today. I imagine that it will be a fairly relaxed day. If the weather clears up, Brandy and I will go for a two mile walk. I will continue to avoid sodas and drink water (which should be easy as we have no soda in the house).
