Breakfast … in. Hubby makes our breakfast most mornings … fresh berries and a stuffed veggie omelette.
Walk … planned for this morning. To the top of the lane and back. 15ish minutes. Starting from scratch. DONE!!!
Lunch … planned … smoked pork chops, sweet potatoe and steamed veggies.
The afternoon … working on DS1’s quilt.
Coz of Hubby’s issues and then the world coming to an end with CoVid … it has been difficult to stay motivated to finish DS1’s quilt. The plan had been to see him in February for his birthday … his birthday is Leap Year Day and this year his birthday had a real, real day of its own. Time to wrap it up so when the opportunity arises … I can hand it off to him.

Meditate every day.
Self-care every day.
No weighing and tracking food.
No diet mentality … this one is a tuffy.
No bashing … ME … this one is even more tuff.
