My husband says I am always doing too much. This is true. When you are striving for perfection, sometimes you can get lost in the weeds. I started to clean the litter boxes today and this project turned into sweeping the hallway, mopping the floors, and feeding the birds ( had to dump the litter outside). No wonder I am always so wiped out at the end of the day.

It's taken me a week to finish my June end of month review. I feel pretty good about what I accomplished. I also have a list of unfinished goals because I couldn't focused on a million things and do them all well. July 2020, I am going to Keep. It. Simple. Stoooopid.

1. Regular ab work- T, TH and Sat emoticon
2. Complete my run/ walk app- I am on week 7! emoticon
3. Go to bed by 10. emoticon

I have already laid a decent foundation of drinking my water, Sparking regularly and logging my food. These are the next blocks that are going to help me to continue to be successful in achieving my ultimate weight and health goals.
