It's been forever since I made a blog post. I just "ran out of steam."
I've begun to be intentional about small things to improve my health in the long term - water instead of Diet Coke, cooking at home over too many curbside deliveries, walking most days, enjoying the fruits and veggies of summer...
Even though I was slowly approaching being back on track, I was in such a brain fog that I had asked a team that I have been a member of for a very long time what I might use as Self Care that wouldn't require money. Not very long later, one of the team members posted this that has been very helpful to me. I don't know where it came from. I've seen it floating around Facebook.
I can feel a mental "pat on the back" when I can see that I have done a few of these. Perhaps someone else will as well.
