A lunch only ice cream treat

So, I decided to make up a coffee ice cream that didn't have sugar. I substituted Splenda and it was mostly 1% milk with about 1/3 half and half. I made a coffee custard first and that is where I used Splenda in place of sugar. I added quite a bit of espresso that is why I only dare have it at lunch so I don't stay awake all night. It was a fun experiment and both my husband and I are enjoying it as a little after lunch treat. Yum!
