5 Minute Plank

A while ago, I read an interview that Cher gave saying that she does a 5-minute plank. I set that as a fitness goal for myself. I'm excited to say that I did it for the first time today.
I have lost 40 pounds since I've been on Spark People. I still need to lose 5 pounds to get to a healthy BMI, but I am confident that I can do it. I'm feeling pretty good for 64!
