I didn't reach my goal last challenge, but lost 32 pounds in 3 challenges in '17 before I had a year of poor health. This time I am doing it with my great team. Together we will compete against other teams to develop healthy habits and for each individual to experiment and find his or her perfect formula for weight loss!
Read about each team and find your perfect match, join, and begin encouraging each other all the way to the GOAL of 5% weight loss! You can do it! We can do it!

As a part of the challenge we must post exercise time in minutes (miles) to reach our destination. The max we can post is 120 miles (minutes) each day for each member. We are racing to reach a new destination each week. We also have 2 challenges each week that help us form healthy habits like getting 8 hours of sleep a night or drinking at least 8 (8 ounce) glasses of water daily. We may not all reach our goals but we have a great time trying!

Please choose your team.
Go to "how to choose your team" thread and find your perfect about each team and find the one with which you share common interests

Step 3.
Use the link below (Copy and paste link) and scroll down to the team of your choice. Then post there and ask to be a part of that team. We will be assigned in the order in which we signed up. They will balance the teams according to the number of people who sign up, so if you are interested please do it now.
