First Day of Trampolining...

This morning I woke up a little later than I had planned, but I slept quite bad last night. I hope I sleep better tonight... Anyways, I got up and made pancakes for breakfast, and then I decided to do both rebounding (trampoline jumping) and kettlebelling for the first time. I did a rebounding video with Australian personal trainers and twins Chloe and Francesca, which I had saved on YouTube a while back. What a workout! Just the warm up was enough for me, but I pushed myself and did about 10 minutes of the actual workout for a total of 18 minutes of exercise. My goal is to do rebounding 4 days a week and to add about 30 seconds to 1 minute each time I do it until I can do the full 37 minute video.
After that, I wanted to do something with that kettlebell I bought ages ago. I saved a basic beginners kettlebell workout here on SP a few weeks ago, so I did that. It was just 4 moves and I did two sets of them. I will work up to do 3 sets of them, and then will try to work up to do more reps to. Right now, I am only able to do 8 reps at a time, but I would like to get up to 12-15 reps.
After that I took a good, hot shower!
I have spent the rest of the day studying, making breakfasts and lunches for this week, and cleaning. I am almost ready for work tomorrow. Just have to pack my purse and choose my outfit. I will be going on a walk this evening as it is much cooler out, in the low 90s right now, versus yesterday when it was 110+ at this time. It will be nice to go for a walk.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) My new workout routine and equipment!
2) That there's a cheaper gas station by my house now. Really helps out now that I'm commuting 2 days per week.
3) That I didn't have a power outage (so far) this weekend, though I haven't been running my AC as much today to help out the power grid.
