Planning and changing and doing and yippee...I am going out to eat lol

My friend called and we are going out to fast food drive through lol. Not healthy but I am in the planning stages of my grocery list. Getting it right this time. I just go from thing to thing nad food to food and plan to plan instead of sticking to something. But it takes experimenting at times to find what is right for you. What can I stick with for the rest of my life , not just for a week or two or a month. It ien't easy with all those loose fast here or take this pill or drink this skinny coffee. I did try the skinny coffee and did not work for me. So much caffeine in it made me jittery and my blood pressure shoot up.
Kind of like walking a tight rope to disaster. It takes steady, slow going with exercise and food until your body finds its way. I have been on so many diets, even the gastric sleeve and it worked. I lost 90 pounds but started to eat wrong again and gained half back.
I want to be healthy. I want to be able to do, not say. What do they say, " Walk the walk, don't talk the talk. I talk a lot lol but I try to be honest. I go from being good to kind of lagging but we all have good and bad days.
We just have to keep going and look at the bright side, learn from our mistakes and find what works and love yourself. It is important because if you don't, its easy to give up.
We are all like flowers, waiting to bloom. Doesn't matter your age , you can still blossom and open up.
I love this picture. Its someone being themselves, bringing out the look of freedom not being everyone else but being themselves. Its that uniqueness that makes us who we are.
