out of order or get it going?

Whew today is groggy and cold. Kind of like me. The temp is 60 but supposed to get to 81.
Do I hang out this sign?

I am just so tired. Didn't get much sleep last night and my spirit is just lagging.

I need to find a sign like this. It is the way out of this funk. It is called movement. Ever heard of it? Well sometimes I forget and just feel like laying around and moping. Actually when you break out and move , you really do feel better.
The more you lag and lay around , the tireder you get. I googled movement and got this.
"When one engages in movement the mind is focused on the body leaving little time for thoughts of life’s stressful events. Movement has also been proven to decrease levels of depression, anxiety and improve self-esteem. Yoga, or stretching movements, has been associated with a decrease in tension and anxiety."
Some days it is easier to just sit around and it seems like it makes me sleepier and I find myself taking a nap. Well sometimes our body needs it but more than likely it just is trying to tell us something. I know it is hard on these days to get motivated but once we get up and going the day goes faster and is more enlightened.
You know you just have to want it. You can make two choices, stay this way forever or find what works for you. After all you know your body better than anyone. So lets get up and move it.
