It's been a crazy couple of months. Had surgery on my right hand, have the surgery on my left hand this coming Friday. Have the appointments set for the ablation and sclerotherapy to my legs. See a podiatrist on the 12th because I think I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot again. and my feet just hurt all the time which does not make life easy. Also have tennis elbow but the strap I've been wearing has been helping.

on the good side, I'm starting week 4 of Whole30 and my blood sugar has been amazing and I have come down quite a bit on my fast acting insulin! I have felt tons better overall from eating so much better. been trying to walk despite my foot pain, and wish I could do more exercise, but I am building back up. It is definitely a different challenge doing Whole30 while taking insulin!

Work was a nightmare last week-our computers were hacked at the corporate level, so we couldn't even turn them on. Had to go back to papercharting. Hoping they are back up tomorrow!!!

My daughter bridged in Girl Scouts today. She's a Cadette now! Also finally got her some in home OT going. Had to take her back to the dermatologist for her hair loss tho, and are using some things to help stimulate hair growth.

My prayers and thoughts are with you and your daughter. Take care of yourself and do not try to do too much too quick. You got this!!
