3 Good Things: 10/24/2020

1. Rode the Peloton for 4 days in a row, missed 3 days, and got back on it today. Lesson learned, made great advances in 4 days, and now your back to day 1. Don't miss a day - at least not yet.
2. 2 hours of calligraphy practice in today. No one was around, peace and quiet let me focus and think. Need to budget that into my mornings now - doing it at night, I lose focus and too much distraction.
3. Listening to James Taylor's rendition of Moon River. Made me very sentimental - my favorite song when I was little - my dad asked a piano player to play it for me at an Italian restaurant we were at. Nice memories, missing all who have gone. Funny how a song can just trigger an emotion.
