Goal for November

November has always been for me a month to think about healthy eating. I plan on thinking more about what I eat. Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I am working on the diet part this month to start thinking before I eat. I am going to postpone eating sweets until next month. This month will just not buy any. Will look forward to my Birthday cake on December 31st.
