I have workout off and on most of my life; whenever I felt I need to take control. Now I do it to keep my heart functioning. I have too many family and friends with overweight problems, I don't want to join them, A few months ago my sister were teasing me about the way I eat. And I have a few friends with health problems because of their diet and weight. I chose not to join them. How about you? What chose have you made?
