Another Lb Down, Plumber, Aloe Vera Juice Update

Another pound bites the dust. When I am good to my body, my body is good to me. It's that simple.

So I put off repairing the bathroom "small, not constant" leak around the base of the toilet (the seal is wearing I guess) until after the holidays. I just didn't want to deal with a plumber coming in, but now have one scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, it'll be as simple and straightforward as I think. But you never know what surprise awaits. (smiling)

One week of the aloe vera juice and two discernible benefits that I've noticed. Really good digestive help (even though I didn't need that), and my face is kinda glowing. Will update as I experience other benefits.
