Forgot to take a picture to share. Sorry. I made, tried and liked this recipe.
I have not figured out the nutritional value.
I usually have 1 ball with a glass of water very filling that way for me.
1/2 coconut ( I use unsweetened)
1/4 c. almond flour
1/4 c mini chocolate chips ( I use Lily's dark chocolate chips)
2 Tbsp. Flax seeds
2 Tbsp. Honey ( I use raw honey)
1/4 c. Peanut Butter ( I use natural if I have it on hand)
Mix into balls and store in air tight container in the frig.
