I’m so embarrassed. I haven’t gotten a mammogram since 2017. I know better. I have insurance. I had a referral at some point and I started procrastinating. It’s not like I don’t have a history of cancer in my family. There are no excuses. I finally got my squish squash today! I can scratch it off the list.



I have set a diary in my calendar to remind me to do this annually as part of my birthday planning. There are some things I need to pay more attention to NOW and my health is one. Here’s a friendly reminder to anyone who’s put off making that appointment. Time to hop to it!

Oh and to my fellow Americans 🇺🇸, get some rest. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow! I am saying extra prayers for peace tonight. I live right outside of Andrew’s Air Force Base so, I will hear the 21 gun salute and see the military planes flyover my deck.
