Let's face it, I've been in all kinds of therapy and self-help books, groups, counseling for a long time and nothing touched weight loss until I started Hypnosis. It's just that extra added guided bit of wellbeing. It helps me not binge, and to see the *real* reasons why I resist or persist in certain behaviors. I am re-dedicating my time to weight lifting and aiming for an hour on the bike a day, with up to two long rides a week ( 3-5 hours). Those are mostly for my mental and emotional health, as I feel so clear afterward.
