Not drinking beer is getting easier, don't even think about it and hadn't mentioned it in my paper copy book log for the past three days. .......
Did leg and foot exercises some PT some just ones I like doing in the past. Created a Leg exercise group of ten I will do again in the future to give arms a chance to recuperate.
