So for 5 days now I have been beating my daily step goal with the help of a 10-15 minute walk on the treadmill when I get home from work. Granted, I only work Monday thru Friday but on the weekends my husband & I do our weekly errands so we get quite a bit of walking in. I also started a 30 day "Guns, Buns, & Abs Challenge" work out on February 1st. I am excited to see what this month brings!
Since this is the first week of the challenge or the first couple of days ~~ I have been SOOOOO extremely sore!! BUT.....It is a good sore. I guess. I assume it will all pay off in the end.
As far as food, Monday thru Friday I am having Atkins shakes for breakfast and lunch. Then I have dinner around 6/630p. No sodas OR sweet tea (these are my faves too!!!) On the weekends, we eat breakfast at home or out but we both still try to stay within the healthy boundaries while not depriving ourselves.
