Stupid Scale!

So yesterday evening I had dinner with @JESBEL3 , @JOJOOBETUN , my daughter and my husband (my youngest had to work). We went to Olive Garden. We did NOT make wise choices, however...I only ate about 1/4 of my plate, if I had to guess, 2 breadsticks, a salad with a bit of the alfredo dipping sauce and an unsweet tea. I was FULL!
BUT....I still went home and walked for 14 minutes (0.56 mi), did 7 push ups and 40 leg lifts--all before I went to bed!
I was super proud of myself.
Then I got up this morning and the scale STILL said 243! 243! 243!!!!!!!
What in the world!?!?!
Just got to stay the course I guess.

    Baby steps. The foods at restaurants contain so much salts and sugars. You did great eating smaller portions. Restaurants have such huge portions. What I usually do is put just one portion on my plate the rest goes in a to go box. Out of sight.
