Week 470 ... MB 254 ...

Morning Sparkies,

I am sitting by the window looking out over a cloudy day ... light breeze .... Magpies singing their chorus and enjoying the calm coolness of morning.

It is going to heat up to 38 deg C for a few days and we are still keeping an eye on the horizon :).

On Tuesday I had a CT and next Wednesday / Thursday will be an ECG and have a halter fitted and return next day to have it removed. I was glad the Cardiologist left it a while with the funeral and fires :).

Tuesday did nothing for my back :) and I had to ask for help to get off the body shaped table at the end of it :) !

I have only done three rows of knitting this week and just as I feel better I lean forward and feel dizzy :)... this too shall pass.

I did finally get to do my house work after three weeks :) ahh love a clean house ...

Throwing away those feelings " you won't get better" "this is how you will stay" ... replace them with " this too shall pass."

We have two big bags of carrots for Beauty and grass for Phoenix given by my friend :) both animals and I appreciate the kindness :) .
