Week two of the "No Sweets" Challenge (2/22/21-3/1/21)

Starting weight: 165 lbs
weight on 2/18/21: 166 lbs (+1)
Week 2 weigh-in: 165 (-1)
weigh-ins on 2/25/21: 162 lbs (-3)

How I am feeling: dealing with headaches for more than one day

What to improve in: Cutting down on added sugar and no more than 100 calories ( 6 tsp or 24 gram of sugar) a day.

Overall, I learn a lot about added sugar and know what amount I can eat or drink a day. If I go over the limit, I just do some pushups, crunches, or squats based on:
