That is wonderful! Good habits are paying off for sure! My 20 days of no sugar although I am feeling great as yielded no weight loss. I haven't been able to budge the scale for over a year now and I truly am baffled as to why. Oh well, I choose to focus on being fit and healthy until my body starts to cooperate. lol

I decided that since I eat dinner so late, usually 7-7:30, maybe I can call my 8pm protein bar or skinny cow ice cream sandwich dessert? Like part of dinner? LOL As long as I stick to my calories nutrition range, I seem to be OK. 46 days ago
