Planned - planned for today.
Reflections - something went off track yesterday. But I am not stressing about it. The important thing is that I am back on track today. I am focusing on my goal of stable eating and no weight gain. Clearly, this is a life skill.
Successes - See above. Also - did yoga and got some walking in this AM.
