HI~ What CKAYTHOMAS said is right on the money with the success I have had. Made all the difference in the world to me. I used to think I didn't have time to track and count, but this took makes it too easy not to. It really opened my eyes that I was starving my body with only about 500 calories a day, because I was too busy to eat and when I did eat my one meal from Hardees was 400 calories over my daily requirement. Make small obtainable goals within you end result goal, it makes it easier to keep the lifestyle changes you are desiring. Baby steps.

I've found the best tools are the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker.
Set small goals and work up.

Hi. Im new here and I would like to find help with losing weight. Im a 40 year old single mom of 3 boys. Two of them are grown and one is married with a daughter. I want to feel better, look better and live healthier. Thanks for the help.
